ABOUT US
Established in 2001 Bolt FM is a youth-led community radio station in the north-east of Glasgow. Bolt FM serves the communities of Royston, Blackhill, Germiston, Provanmill, Robroyston, Barmulloch, Sighthill, Springburn and beyond.
Bolt FM has empowered young people to own and operate their own radio station – giving them a unique voice in their community. The average age of the board is 21 with many young people going on to study in a related subject at college/ university.
